A man decides to become an organ donor, and this changes the experience of his life — and his death — in ways he could never have imagined. A billionaire's five-year old daughter is kidnapped and held for ransom, but she escapes and seeks help from the first person she feels she can trust. A commuter late from work riding the subway home feels ill-at-ease with her unusually dressed fellow passenger, but little does she know that the real source of danger is coming from somewhere else.
Even though relatively unknown in the Western world, the Sikh lifestyle and tradition is hundreds of years old and originated in northern India. Today, the Sikh diaspora has spread to all parts of the world, and their experiences are woven into the fabric of the already rich cultural history and heritage.

Stories 1 A Short Story Collection eBook J Singh Reviews
I had the opportunity to hear the first story, "Daana - The Organ Donor," narrated beautifully and crisply. The economically strung together words provided an elegant flow from the initial decision to become an organ donor to the surprising but satisfying end of the story. I am looking forward to delving into the remainder of the stories.
Great short stories and enlightening at the same time..
Well written stories that are easy to read and very entertaining.
